Правила школы

1)

Permission for medical treatment. In case of an accident or illness of my child while at school, I agree to allow the staff of Limpopo School to obtain necessary medical attention.

2)

Permission to take photos and videos. Occasionally Limpopo School will be taking pictures or videos of classes or concerts to be used in school marketing materials such as website, posters, brochures and etc. All photos and videos are owned by Limpopo School, and cannot be used to advertise other businesses without a written permission from Limpopo School.

3)

On time pick-up and drop-off. Parents shall comply with on time pick-up/drop-off policy. If someone else is picking up your child(ren), you must notify your teacher. The person picking up your child(ren) must have a photo identification.

4)

Missed classes. Please avoid missing classes, since our lesson materials are based on what has been covered in previous classes. There is no refund for missed classes.
Also, there is no refund for missed classes due to force majeure circumstances.

5)

Sick days and vacation days. No refund is given for sick days. No refund is given for missed classes due to vacations.

6)

Payment.

School registration fee is $40. Books are not covered by the registration fee and shall be purchased separately
Paying with post-dated checks. School payment for the full school year (10 months) is collected during the registration via post-dated checks. Please have all 10 post-dated checks ready for your first class.
Paying with e-transfer. E-transfer payments must be for three (3) months. Payments are one (1) week before the start of the three (3) months period.
Paying monthly. If you wish to pay monthly, monthly administrative fee of $10 is added to the program price. Clients that pay monthly must submit their payment for the following month at the end of the current month. All payments must be on time.

Regardless of the payment method late payment fee of $20 is applied on overdue accounts.

Terminating study. If for any reason you wish to stop attending our school you must notify us in writing (email) and obtain written confirmation from the school director. Termination will be effective in the following month. All fees due in the month of notice must be paid in full (e.g. if you obtain our confirmation in October, your October school fees will not be returned and must be paid in full. All your posted dated check from November onwards will be returned/cancelled).

Expulsion. Limpopo School has a right to exclude student(s) from school at any-time at its sole discretion.

9)

Policy changes. Limpopo School has a right to change its policy and prices at any-time. An announcement email will be sent to all parents. If you have any conrerns with our new policy or prices you must notify us in writing, otherwise we assume your acceptance.

10)

Damage to school property, facilities, equipment. Your child must use our school property, facilities and equipment with care. Limpopo school has a right to invoice you as an accountable parent/guardian for property damage caused by careless act by your child for up to $1,000.

11)

Availability. Submitting Limpopo School registration form does not guarantee that you will get a spot in a class. It is a first mandatory step for us to assign your child to a class. Always contact Limpopo School to confirm availability. We operate on first-come, first-served principle. If you do not attend on your first day of school (and do not notify us by calling directly) your spot may be re-assigned. You only guarantee a spot when your registration and monthly fees are paid in full.
